2014 Festival of Lighthouses Display


The Maritime Aquarium is now accepting applications for our 13th annual Festival of Lighthouses Contest this Fall. Visit for details.Display opens Nov. 22

The Maritime Aquarium will be displaying our 13th annual Festival of Lighthouses.  The exhibit showcases 24 large model lighthouses, built by local artists, which will be displayed from Nov. 22 through Jan. 19. Aquarium visitors can enjoy the lighthouses and then vote for their favorite.

The lighthouse with the most votes will win the $1,500 first-place prize. There are other cash prizes for second- through sixth-places. Be sure to visit us during the holidays!

Sorry to say we have filled all 24 spots. Please save your lighthouse and enter next year.
