Quote Visit the Aquarium

It's all within an easy walk of the [train] station too – including The Maritime Aquarium, the one relatively new building in the group and the one that enables grownups to enjoy browsing and shopping while still entertaining the children."

Volunteers Needed to Help Tag Horseshoe Crabs

It's not the kind of beach romance you imagine. But horseshoe crabs soon will be coming up onto our beaches to spawn. For researchers trying to monitor the crabs' population, having the crabs emerge out of the water is a great time to collect data.  Help is needed. We're looking for volunteers to help us tag horseshoe crabs with census tags. We'll train you at one of two sessions: 7 p.m. on Wed., May 6 and Sun., May 10.  Taggings occur late at night and early in the morning on select dates in May and June. Get the press release here.
