Try not to call these cool shoreline creatures "starfish." Sea stars aren't fish, so the proper name is "sea star."  (Similarly, call them jellies, not jellyfish.)

Allow two to four or more hours for your visit, depending upon whether you include an IMAX movie in your visit, how much of the intrepretive information you read for each exhibit, whether you take time to enjoy lunch and other considerations.
